The workshop

In a world that is constantly on the move, it can be difficult to connect with your inner strength. The 'Natural Born Leader' retreat in picturesque St. Peter-Ording offers you the opportunity to reconnect with your true self and awaken the leader within you.

Under the guidance of Barbara Duchow and Alexander Gebhardt-Euler, you will be introduced to the art of self-leadership, learn to overcome fears and use your body as a tool to influence your mind. Through targeted coaching sessions, voice and body work and creative thinking, you will learn how to clearly define your leadership identity, release inner blockages and develop your natural leadership strength.

  • Time for yourself: Listen to yourself and renew yourself
  • Your goals: Are they really your own? Reflect and evaluate them
  • Your calling as a leader: Are you living it? Discover what really drives you
  • Your power: learn how to become self-sufficient and constantly recharge your batteries - from within yourself
  • Your intuition: use it as a powerful tool on your path
  • Your inner truth:‍ Manifest it and live by it

"Good leadership begins with self-leadership. Only those who feel clarity within themselves can be a guide for others."

Speakers with experience and heart:

Alexander Gebhardt-Euler

Alexander has 13 years of experience in leading intercultural, mostly industrial teams in high-tech companies and has gained broad expertise as a consultant to many companies since 2005 with a focus on organizational development, coaching and leadership development.

In addition to his practical knowledge, his international degree in business administration (Germany and Spain) on the one hand and his training as a strategic intervention coach (with Robbins / Mandanes in the USA) on the other, enable Alexander to quickly understand day-to-day management and deliver effective approaches for targeted transformations.

His passion for people-centered performance is based on his living conviction of true, values-based leadership.

Thorsten Heger

Thorsten has been a businessman for over 15 years in management roles in media, advertising and film, most recently as co-publishing director of BRIGITTE, GALA and ELTERN - before founding reHuman Consulting with Alexander.

He is a diplomatic communicator & networker and feels particularly comfortable in entrepreneurial, transformative environments. And when the result is something that moves people in the long term.

Because moving people and "making them shine" is both his heart's desire and his passion. He likes to use a very special tool from his film studies to achieve this: With his "hero's journeys", he sends his coachees on adventurous mental journeys of development - which can sometimes lead to the icy cold North Sea. In the end, it definitely leaves no one cold and makes you want to set off on a big or small journey.

Barbara Duchow

Barbara is a trainer, actress, director, power yoga teacher and holds degrees in design, performing arts and psychology as well as systemic therapy. For over 30 years she has worked as a director, producer and concept developer for industry shows, in which she has extensive management experience.

For 25 years, Barbara has worked with leaders in individual and group coaching processes, combining her excellence in the performing arts with her deep understanding of the challenges of leadership.

In her work, she focuses on voice and body work using partner and group exercises to break down barriers and efficiently promote individual energy flow.

Working through and clearly challenging visions using the collage technique and "creative writing" are just as important to her as the desire to discover creative power and a productive spirit in each of her clients.

Frequently asked questions

If your question is not listed, please call us at any time!

What are the program times?

We start on Thursday at 6 pm, start daily at 9 am and end at 6 pm - unless you have so much energy that we can "pull through" ;-)

How can I participate?

If you are interested in taking part in our retreat, click on "Request participation without obligation" and send us your contact details using the form. You will then need to confirm your e-mail address, for which we will send you a short e-mail. We will then get back to you as soon as possible to answer all the individual details such as the date and any questions you may still have. Only then will you decide whether you want to make a binding booking.

Can I cancel if necessary? Are there any fees?

As the majority of the costs relate to accommodation in the hotel, we have to comply with the hotel's cancellation policy. We are currently clarifying these. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. Rest assured that we will always try to find solutions that are in harmony with everyone's interests. In line with our attitude.

Do I have to be an experienced manager to take part?

Yes and no. We see leaders as learners and believe that good leadership is always characterized by continuous self-management. In this respect, we are delighted to welcome and support experienced leaders. But even more so if your journey is just beginning and you decide to conduct your leadership assessment now.

Why should I take so many days for a retreat?

Quite simply: it is an investment in you and for you.
In terms of time, money, spirituality, knowledge and perhaps the chance to meet like-minded people who will also be part of your valuable network after the retreat.

Can I pay the price in installments or are there discounts?

As the majority of the costs relate to accommodation in the hotel, we are unfortunately unable to offer payment in installments or discounts. However, we will be happy to advise you on how you can convince your employer to provide you with comprehensive further training as a manager during this retreat - so that you ideally do not have to bear the costs yourself. For all self-payers, you have the option of claiming your costs as further training in your tax return (your tax advisor can certainly calculate the individual reimbursement effect for you).
