Nicole advises companies on content and strategy in their organizational development with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), with a particular focus on attracting and retaining talent.  

Susan has been supporting start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and corporations in the areas of HR marketing & employer branding, retention & employee engagement as well as strategic and operational recruiting for around eight years.
