EunJu Oh

EunJu is passionate about coaching on topics such as purpose, leadership, positioning, career development, change situations and high performance. She pays particular attention to intercultural topics and aspects.

EunJu grew up in the different cultures of Korea and Germany, studied in both countries and worked for companies and organizations in both countries. Using her intercultural understanding to solve complex challenges and in coaching is part of her identity and motivation.

Her work is driven by the conviction that progress beyond the individual, in teams, organizations and larger contexts, is made possible by creating an environment in which everyone can develop and contribute their best possible potential. Her conviction is based on extensive experience from and with entrepreneurial leadership responsibility, including from her activities as Chief of Staff, Manager and Team Leader in an internationally operating AI start-up with 250+ employees.

EunJu studied natural sciences at Ewha Woman's University in Seoul, one of Korea's most prestigious universities. In Germany, she studied at the Universities of Göttingen and Freiburg. She is a certified business coach (DBCA).
