Gretchen is a passionate advocate of digitalization, sustainability and inclusion. As a digitalization and sustainability consultant, she supports companies in making their AI models more inclusive, diversity-sensitive and sustainable. Her interdisciplinary approach and her goal of finding innovative and human-centered solutions set her apart. She learns everything new with enthusiasm.
Through her professional experience at Buckle & Seam, Value for Good and juS.TECH AG, Gretchen has gained experience in impact management and ESG reporting as well as in strategy development for successful change management for clients. She also has expertise in research and projects on topics such as CSR and social responsibility.
Gretchen is currently doing a part-time Master's in Diversity, Disability & Digitalization at the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Vienna and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on the textile industry from POLIMODA Florence.
