Marcus discovered his passion for leadership development immediately after graduating from high school when he was training junior managers. This early experience laid the foundation for his calling to strengthen leadership personalities - a mission that accompanied him through numerous management positions up to managing partner.
His goal: to understand and promote leadership not just as a role, but as a transformative force.
"Innovation is not driven by technology and new tools alone. Companies need to develop a strong culture and adaptive working methods in order to remain competitive in the long term."
Marcus knows the challenges that come with leadership - even in difficult phases. As a managing partner, he experienced the insolvency of a company and understands the dynamics that trigger such crises. These experiences have taught him to act in a solution-oriented manner and to respond empathetically to the needs of others.
In the course of technological progress through digitalization and AI, Marcus sees enormous potential in unlocking productivity for companies. He supports managers and organizations in developing the right mindset and the right tools for this. He combines the serendipity mindset with a mix of classic and holocratic elements to harmonize stability, performance and technological progress.
Marcus sees his role as supporting people in leadership roles and strengthening organizations. He is not only interested in short-term success, but also in sustainable development. Whether through individual coaching, team support or innovative programs, Marcus combines strategic thinking with a deep understanding of human dynamics.
His motivation is to enable managers to act courageously, clearly and empathetically and to inspire others with their vision.
