Marcus discovered his passion for leadership development immediately after graduating from high school when he was training junior managers. This early experience laid the foundation for his calling to strengthen leadership personalities - a mission that accompanied him through numerous management positions up to managing partner.

His goal: to understand and promote leadership not just as a role, but as a transformative force.

In the course of technological progress through digitalization and AI, Marcus sees enormous potential in unlocking productivity for companies. He supports managers and organizations in developing the right mindset and the right tools for this. He combines the serendipity mindset with a mix of classic and holocratic elements to harmonize stability, performance and technological progress.
