Nicole has a wide range of experience in various management positions in (international) media companies (including Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Gruner+Jahr, Hubert Burda Media). She has advised companies from a wide range of industries, especially SMEs, on their (communication) strategies, positioned brands and developed business areas, driven digital transformation and accompanied various change processes.

She is co-founder of femaleview Consulting | Concepts | Coaching for DEI, new work environments, content and personal development - femaleview.

Education

Nicole is an expert in Systemic Organizational Development (alwart & team) and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (Northwestern University/ Weinberg College of Arts and Sciences). She completed her Magistra-Artium degree (Journalism, North American Studies, Political Science) at Freie Universität Berlin and her MBA in Media Management at Steinbeis University Berlin. She is a lecturer at the Technical University of Rosenheim for the course "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" in the field of International Management.
