With a degree in business law (focus on employment law and HR) and business psychology (HR and marketing), Susan has focused her professional career on the interfaces between human resources and marketing and has since been advising companies of various sizes and industries throughout Germany on the above-mentioned topics.

Among other things, she worked in recruiting at Deutsche Bahn, in marketing at smava GmbH and in talent acquisition and employer branding at scale-ups and SMEs such as McMakler, Patronus and ORLEN.

For the past two years, she has also been advising companies on a freelance basis on topics such as setting up efficient recruiting processes and KPIs, HR marketing measures, employer branding concepts and EVPs as well as internal culture and external competition analyses. She founded her own company, People & Talent Consulting, for this purpose.

Outside of work, she is very interested in topics such as physical and mental health, nutrition and fitness as well as longevity. In her free time, she can therefore be found doing sport or out in nature hiking or mountaineering.
